Payment methods
o What payment methods do you accept?
o We do accept Cash & Credit/Debit Card payments, online bank transfers, Easypaisa, & jazz cash
o If you accept bank transfers, how long do customers have to make the payment before their order is canceled and items returned to stock?
o Payment confirmation may take some time and orders
will be processed accordingly after the confirmation.

o How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
o After the order approval, the order will be processed
o What services do you use for delivery?
o We Use Local courier services like TCS, M&P, & Call Courier
o Do you ship packages internationally?
o No, we do not ship the packages internationally
o What does “In-transit” mean?

In-transit Means when the order is confirmed
& the parcel is on the way to the destination

o Do you accept
returns/exchanges (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or a refund
for a major fault)?
o Yes, We do
offer return/Exchange depending on the product The maximum Tat for a return is 7 working days but this policy applies to online Shopping, if
you are shopping instore, then you can only exchange the product within 3
days of purchase (Except
perishables, frozen, special items) along with the Receipt
o Do you allow
refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to
contact you?
o Esajee's will accept returns in a fully
sealable condition within days of receipt but would deduct/retain 20% (Restocking
Fee).
o Do you accept
returns/exchanges on credit cards?
o We only have an exchange policy for credit card payment as a Store Credit

Product types
o Do you deliver fresh products like milk, fruits & vegetables?
o Yes we do but only at small distance areas on up to 10 km as these types of products have a perishable nature and will go bad on long distances
o Do you deliver fragile products?

Yes we do, *these are specially packed, and extra
charges are applied to it*
